Matt Daugherty, CRM, Executive Vice President, is a Records and Information Management Consultant with SML, Inc. Clients include, but are not limited to, municipalities, counties, state agencies, universities, and professional associations.
Prior to joining SML, Inc., Matt worked as a Records Analyst with the Florida Department of State, Records and Information Management Program and as a Records Clerk with the St. Johns County Clerk of Courts. Matt holds a Master of Arts degree in Public History/Historical Administration from Florida State University, which includes coursework in Records and Archives Management.

Richard L. Ruck, Information Architect, is a Records and Information Management Consultant with over thirty years of experience providing Records Management services to government agencies and corporations at all levels.
Clients range from small municipalities to Fortune 500 companies and services provided include developing Records Management Policies and Procedures, Record Disposition procedures, and off-site Records Management and Storage Services. Richard was involved in the start-up of several commercial Records Centers, as CEO, that stored millions of boxes and performed thousands of transactions weekly. Richard also worked closely with clients at all levels to develop a complete host of services and procedures involving both paper and electronic records.
Richard also was responsible for the implementation of document imaging services to a number of municipalities and corporations, providing turnkey services including data warehousing services. Richard has extensive experience working with various software designed to manage enterprise wide records.

Melinda Miller, CGCIO, CISSP, is an experienced IT professional able to design virtually any installation from the ground up. She is an experienced speaker and has served as an adjunct professor for Computer and Information Technology courses for internet technologies and microcomputer applications.
